Paint Me Blue

Paint Me Blue
Recently I’ve been volunteering in Children Extension Classes and Feeding Program in Urban Poor Areas here in Cebu, one of the ministries of our Church. I find it worthy than going to meaningless trips and outings. Time that is spend for the LORD is never wasted. I am overwhelmed even though I haven’t done anything great just by assisting the main teachers but still (Hebrews 6:10 “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”) encourages me to do better and better, more and more for the Glory of the Lord.

Look at these children. They always made me smile. They are stubborn yet so innocent. They are so “makulet”(keeps on moving around)but still I’m always excited seeing them every saturday. Please pray for me to master my ukelele skills and learn story telling as soon as possible. 🙂 I know with your prayers and God’s help I’ll be a better me soon. Cheers! 🙂

Unforgettable Moment

Unforgettable Moment
I was the first one on our circle of friends who knew that Julie(The Bride) will be getting married because she was asking me in helping on her wedding invitation. lol! On the day of her wedding day, as I saw her walking on the Aisle with her very beautiful dress, I just can’t help it, tears came out on my eyes. I was overwhelmed by the scene, It was a very dramatic moment for me looking at her. Finally, she got married and I wish her happiness. Here are some photos I took on that day that I want to share with you. 🙂

Group picture with Dianne, Mabil, Julie (The Bride), Me and Laidee. I miss them already. After college days we have few moments to be together. As we grow older there are already different commitments we need to take care individually. So as long as we have the chance to be together we make the most out of it. Right now, I’m looking forward for Mabil’s older sister wedding this August. Yata! ^_^ gotta prepare what to wear. haha

Acting as if we were trying to take the bouquet by force. lol! When in reality we haven’t join the girls in getting it.
The giveaways and the Invitation. Isn’t it pretty. The Bride(Julie) handcrafted it.
Having fun outside the Church after the wedding ceremony.
Trying to contact Laidee, She is soooo late because of her work though. She even tricked us that she will not go. Darn her! lol!
Darwin was with me even though he only annoys me when we were just going to the wedding.
So we will end here. As I walk the Aisle alone. T_T lol! The story is my partner in putting the Cord was absent. I don’t know where he is. Blame it on me. Originally Julie planned that Darwin will be my partner but I refused because he is not sure if he will be with me during the wedding. So he was replaced by the friend of the groom but then as you could see he hasn’t arrived. Then the funny thing is, the one that replaced Darwin was his classmate. We just learned after the wedding when I read the names on the invitation. haha. So funny! (At least for me.) So during the wedding, Darwin’s classmate that supposed to replaced him (was absent) was replaced by someone who is member of the choir but still (grrrrr! where is he! I ahte him for not walking with me.) Okay enough of the anger it will stressed me. haha. Past is past! Let’s forgive him maybe he can’t find to confidence to get near with me. nyahahah!. (oozing with wrong confidence! Stop me!@@,)

May you have a nice day! Thank you for taking the time to drop by on my blog.

I am so glad that I’ve already seen a Tarsier in person.
Group picture with the leaders and other young people member in our church.
Me and my sister in the back of the “Blood Compact Monument”.
Somebody in our group stole this shot from us while me and Nica was posing for the other camera. Lol! it’s comes out pretty though and we like it.
Can you see the Raven in my back? It is so black. 🙂 haha! Am I for real? Raven’s are really Black.
What I wore on that day. Long maxi skirt to protect me from the scourging heat. I’m really sweating too much. But it’s okay than to make my skin darker. haha. My dilemma being a Filipino.
If ever you wanna visit Philippines I suggest never miss to visit Bohol landmarks. There are more. Chocolate Hills, Panglao Beaches that seems like your in Heaven, and Adventure Park in Danao, Virgin Island were Dolphin’s are living and more and more beautiful scenic places. May you have a great day. Thank you for dropping by.

Give Me Those Apples

Give Those Apples

This is my first peplum blouse ever. Isn’t it cute? mmm.. well for me least it is, peplum plus baby collar is supercute for me. Sorry for such a disturbing pose. Anyway the important thing here is the peplum blouse and the skirt not the one who wear it which is m. lol! poor me (sad face) ^_^

What I want to say is “Do not be afraid to wear what you want and what makes you happy wearing.”
Sometimes go out of your comfort zone bits by bits and try matching print on print details.
The last but not the least “Just be you!” 🙂

Having Fun

Having Fun

This was taken way back 2 years ago. In our church there is a Young People’s Department {Teens Department}. It’s our outing day held in Plaza Independencia Cebu City Philippines and Fort Santiago. We are having games such as relay and treasure hunting but it’s too frustrating we lost because the clue in our area got blown away by the wind. haha So here some photos I would like to share with you and what I wore on that day. 🙂

Just arrived in the area.

My group chit-chatting. So maybe that’s why we lose. LOL!

The other group busy talking and practicing their strategy.

The jumpshot and were not good at it though..haha!~ ~,)

Goodbye’s is not the End

Last Month my grandmother on the father side passed away and we haven’t even talked. We just meet last Christmas because she was living in the province. It’s my father will just visit her during Saturdays. When I received the message from my Father I was shocked. Death is something that everyone could not escape and Death won’t even let you know and just come without even knocking. As what the Bible says in James 4:14 “Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.” Life is just like a vapour and then vanisheth away. How short life is. Days just keep on falling like the leaves in Autumn. I remembered one of my favorite songs titled

“Only one life
So soon it will pass
Only what’s done for Christ will last
Only one chance to do His will
So give to Jesus all you days
It’s the only life that pays
When you recall
You have but one life.”

The days pass so swiftly
The months come and go
The years melt away
Like new falling s
Spring turns to summer
Then summer to fall
Autumn brings winter
Then death come to all.

But still I’m glad grandma before he passed away she’ve known Jesus and received Him as her personal Saviour and accepted His Salvation. as what the Bible says in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” So I’m sure she is in Heaven right now and we will see each other again in the place where God is living because it is stated “whosoever believeth in Jesus will have everlasting Life. 🙂 So Happy!

So here are some photos I took on that day.

Simala, Argao, Philippines Plaza in front of the National High School Building.

Very very big old tress. I assume at least 10-15 men holding together round to hug that tree.

Our youngest Gege(in yellow), my Father, Janjan and me.

Having Fun with my little cousins.

The cute little puppy I want to bring home but I wasn’t allowed because of my asthma huhu (sobbing).
